Mail-In a Repair
What if you don't live near our stores in Calgary but don't want to do the repair yourself?
No problem! Send it to iPhix by mail and let the pros get you up and running. No matter what problem you are having, all repairs will be diagnosed and quoted the same day we receive your cherished device.
For shipping, we recommend that you use Canada Post's Xpresspost™ or Priority™ service, both of which include online package tracking and $100 of insurance (you also have the option to purchase additional insurance). From most Canadian points of origin, Xpresspost will get to us within 2 business days, and Priority should arrive the next morning (see Canada Post's site for details).
Mail in device repair is usually paid by etransfer at no extra cost or Paypal online payment at a 4% fee. If you would like to mail a cheque in, it may take up to one week to clear.
Devices sent for repair should be shipped in a padded envelope or a box with packing materials (e.g. bubble wrap/foam peanuts) to the address below:
